I find these registry cleaners cause more problems than they solve.
If you are having problems uninstalling certain software you might be able to use a specific removal tool.
This program is intended to be used to remove all entries of a particular program from the registry. If your computer keeps restarting after you shut it down, then you might have a problem with windows. I don’t think this program will help.
